During August
Same thing happened. I have contacted to emgs they said go to your country’s embassy. But they are unable to do. If it’s a system glitch please EMGS update the photo issue 🙏
Just mail the EMGS department regarding the problem mine was fixed and have already applied for evisa
Than you for replying. I will email them, I’m so worried and tensed as I’m unable to the single entry visa just for this photo issue
You don’t need to worry it only takes 1-2 days for them to fix the problem. When does your classes start

You may refer to the link http://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/visa/evisa.html and https://www.windowmalaysia.my for further assistance on your E-visa application. Alternatively, you may obtain the visa manually at the Embassy.
In the event, if you required to amend the photo, you may liaise with your Institution for the VAL amendment application. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
