    I’m sorry to bother you.  It has been 19 days since my documents were submitted to the Immigration Office on September 14, 2023, and the emgsprogress is still 35%(green).  Because I have purchased the ticket, I need to enter Malaysia as soon as possible to ensure the smooth completion of the medical examination and enrollment.  Can you help me with the visa procedure as soon as possible?  Thank you very much.
