Dear sir.. My passport was submitted to the emgs on the 22nd of July and submitted to immigration on the 25th of July, and till now, the percentage is 90%. I emailed EMGS. they ask me to liase my university..I submitted evidences to my university that I have to leave on 23rd of August urgently..can I expect to get my passport before my flight on the 23rd of August?
