I think I have been treated unfairly at EMGS.
On August 12th, EMGS opened a new case without any reminder to upload the documents. I called EMGS and they asked my university to upload the confirmation letter. On August 13th application turned green.
On august 14th, emgs opened a new issue. because emgs made a mistake. The email asking me to upload incorrectly stated my master’s school, Columbia University, as my undergraduate school, University of California. So I uploaded my undergraduate documents by mistake. This caused my application to be delayed.
On August 22nd, EMGS reopened the issue again and asked me to upload my master degree from University of California, which I have never received. EMGS did not even look at my application seriously. EMGS didn’t even read my application carefully and kept asking me to upload documents without familiarizing myself with my educational history. Each document took a lot of my time and experience. I waited over a week to get my documents uploaded. But the application has not progressed at all.
I have uploaded the documents as requested by emgs. But I hope this time I will not have to wait for a week. Because I didn’t make any mistake during my application process, it was EMGS who asked for the wrong documents.
