This is to inform about my visa application, Passport Number: E5563009 & Application Number: ME#########
My visa application status is stuck at 15% for the past week. Could you kindly expedite it as I have my flight on the 28th. Thank you.

  We understand your concern. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
