Dear EMGS officer, my name is Mujaroh Khotimah and my passport number E1135270. My application status is stuck at 15% (green) since 20 August 2024 (9 working day). I am required to upload my e-VAL to complete my admission (university) as soon as possible (not more than 13 September 2024). Your profesional work is highly appreciated. Thank you
