Dear EMGS,
I kindly request that you expedite my eVAL application, which has been stuck at 35% since August 28, 2024. I need to arrive at my institution by September 23 and am concerned about the timely issuance of the eVAL necessary for my entry into Malaysia. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  We understand your concern. However, be informed that your documents are currently awaiting VAL approval from the immigration department. Based on our review, the application remains within the expected processing timeframe.
