Dear Emgs officer，
My name is Jiang Lan, and my passport number is EN1140338.
I submitted my EMGS application on August 13, and it’s been almost a month now, but it’s still at 15%, even though I fixed a small issue within four hours. My classmates who submitted on August 28 were already at 32% by the evening of September 7, so I’m a bit concerned. I called EMGS on September 6, and the officer told me that if my application isn’t updated by September 9, I can call this number again to address the urgent situation.
Could you please help me check the status of my application? If any documents are missing, I can provide them right away.

  For additional doccuments they take time I am also stuck jn 35% .
