Dear Visa Processing Department,
I am writing to request that you expedite the processing of my visa application. My
name is ZHANG QI，and my passport number is EJ8275704. The application number is E#########, and it is a new application.

According to the online status, my application is currently at 35%. l’ve been at 35% for more than 10 working days. Could you kindly expedite it as I have my flight on the 24th September 2024，So l was very anxious. I would be grateful if you could prioritize my case and expedite the review process. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a positive response.

  Please be informed that your documents are currently awaiting VAL approval from the immigration department. Based on our review, the documents was submitted to immigration for the VAL approval on 02nd September 2024 and the application remains within the expected processing timeframe.
  
  The decision to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will keep you informed and notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
