Dear EMGS officer, I hope this message finds you well. I’m Farshad Aryan, and my passport number is P05834895. So, I’m requesting you please expedite my process, because my class is scheduled to start on September 15th, as today is September 10th. Therefore, I’m asking you around about this issue. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me with this matter.

  Please be informed that we are currently in the midst of processing the application. Kindly note that we have received the additional documents from the institution.
  
  The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution of the updates to your VAL status.
