My name is Iyed Souilem, passport number: J189079.
On August 28th, 2024, I successfully submitted an application for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL), with the application number #########.
Although the standard processing time of 7 to 10 days has passed, my application status currently remains at 35%. My schooling is scheduled to begin on the 18th of September, and I understand that there will be a public holiday in Malaysia from the 14th to the 17th of September. In anticipation that my VAL would be processed in time, I have already booked a flight for the 13th of September.
Given the approaching start of my school year, I kindly request your assistance in expediting the processing of my VAL to ensure I am able to travel on my set flight and avoid missing the beginning of my academic program.
