Hello EMGS Team(@emgs),
I hope you are doing well. I am a student at Monash University, and my passport number is A15468778. I am reaching out regarding my application status, which has been stuck at 35% since the 12th of September.
My university orientation is scheduled to start on the 16th of October, and I would like to have everything sorted out before then. Is there anything you can do to expedite the process or provide an update on my application status?
