We sent a notification to your institution requesting them to submit your passport. The Student Pass endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

This is crazy , don’t send anything and if they say something just say you will wait for university or take a taxi by yourself

Bro, email your university that you are arriving and they would arrange a representative for you by just taking 100 to 200 RM just.
I am afraid that that agent is trying to befool you because 400 USD is very high amount.
I suggest you to contact with your university asap. -

Don’t pay anything… Send an email to your institution, varsity, where you’ll study… They will give you the best assistance you can afford -

Just open https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchPost/ from a computer then download it “it is pdf file” then print it!

Brother check your application status through the link provided by brother ammar on your computer not mobile. Then your will find way to download your VAL. Cheers

Why it is not changed in my status that I have 70% becoz it still shows me 38% on my mobile app.
Also if my VAL is ready why it is not available to me yet? And please help my get it becoz I want to travel next week if Allah make it possible for me -
Please check again it’s there for download buddy!
