I had approached high commission of Pakistan in KL and requested them to appeal to government of Malaysia regarding this ban, but as much as i got to know from them they are also helpless because government of Malaysia has their own policies, I humbly request EMGS to take our appeals very seriously as every student here is paying fees and…[Read more]

It’s a humble request from all students on the 5 countries ban, Please provide a date at least! At least give us some SOPs or clearance on when students can come to Malaysia, This blanket ban on passports should not be the only way, allow students to at least quarantine or maybe provide fully vaccinated students a home quarantine option, there a…[Read more]

Hi,
We understand your concern. However, the decision is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian government. Rest assured, we will notify students once there are further instructions on this matter.
Have a nice day.

How can we contact the Malaysian Government? This ban is so ridiculous.
-
How about starting a Twitter trend?
-
Yes pleaseee

I wish emgs could sympathise with the international students and send in a request to the government because they could listen to you. We international students are going through alot the costs for quarantine honestly we do understand the situation at hand but how long shall we sit and wait. Please do consider helping the international students

I’ve represented my country in Malaysia in ways that were my responsibility as a Pakistani, i don’t even owe explanations to anyone, but you come here try to misquote me and try to argue with me on the basis of something that is a harsh reality for you people to accept, you want to make a change? try making a petition than crying out on an app…[Read more]

Requesting them to lift the ban is by no means “fighting the government”. Our futures are at stake and we have every right to inquire about something that directly affects our lives. We’re all going through tough times, the only thing we can do is to be kind to each other rather than making things more difficult

with only 3.5% of total population vaccinated with 2 doses in pakistan, and with over 40% people already gotten their first dose in Malaysia and with over 23% population fully vaccinated, you’re comparing their statistics with Malaysia? based on one article? Malaysia currently has the 4th highest vaccination rate in the world and pakistan is no w…[Read more]

Reads one news article and tells someone who has lived in Malaysia for 4 years and also during the entire pandemic that their information is incorrect, You people read something that inconveniences you and start bullying people, have some patience, who gives you people the right to bash the Malaysian government for putting a travel ban? Pakistan…[Read more]

Nobody is bashing the government. Everyone here is politely requesting them to lift the ban at least for the vaccinated travellers. As students from countries with higher positivity rates are allowed to travel to Malaysia, South Asian students also deserve to pursue their studies when they’re even willing to quarantine. Stop turning this into a u…[Read more]

Lol @ Aroofa
Stop spreading misinformation when you can’t do any good. You were asking if your brother could skip the quarantine and we can’t even request them to lift the ban? What are you high on?-
No, my brother is fully vaccinated and i have asked if there will be any chances of home quarantine, do not misquote people when information provided is the bitter truth.

Hello, i dont think so you have to face 21 days quarantine. You only have to do 14 days. The 21 days is only when you feel sick or you got the symptom then you do 21 days
-
No The banned 5C country will be put on a quarantine for 21 day and the 14 day quarantine will be conducted by a country except the 5C
