what was the reason of rejection

The date of birth on the passport is different with what is on Academic transcript. And the reason for that is mistake by my previous school during computation of my transcript. I forward the issue to the school and it has been corrected. I also got a letter from Nigerian embassy in Malaysia to support my documents
