Within two days it will turn to 35% and then to 70 after about 10 working days

Actually CITY University has Licence issue since August thats why it will be paused untill their licene is renewed. They wont tell u ahout this but i have proofs to show to you
This has been too long. Mine was at 32%, and it took just 2 days to move to 35%. There is something wrong some where. Try to get in touch with your University.
