Hi Khalid,
If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL. -
If nigeria is in the required list, then u have to get it, if its not then no. But still for u to be sure just call the high commission of Malaysia in jeddah.
