Hello everyone,
So my situation is like this . I appealed on my EVAL rejextion decision by providing necessary proof and documents. However, my application has been stuck on 50% for more than 100 days and ive already missed two start days. Could someone please suggest what i should do? View

I have been in constant contact with the institution and EMGS regarding this. Both of them have the same answer. It is with immigration and under process. My Status is in green and at 50% and i have no idea how much further time its going to take. I have already had to postpone my starting session twice and University also provided a new offer…[Read more]

Kindly be informed that there is no exact time frame for the VAL appeal application and the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.

I do understand and this is a standard reply i have been getting from everywhere. However, i have had to postpone my starting date twice already and i dont want to wait indefinitely for it. I posted here for any suggestions.
