Dear Immigration Team,

I am Mohamed Aadil Dalvi and my Passport number is M6607547 and I have applied through my university i.e UMT for visa renewal with application number #########. I am in very bad situation and requesting you to please let me know the status of my application as its at 45% since 12th June 2024. Also, will the immigration office be open on this Monday or Tuesday. I am aware that I applied late but I humbly request you to please process my application early if possible.

  Please be informed that this application is self endorsement application. Kindly note that EMGS are in the midst of preparing the supporting letter. The institution is then required to submit the passport and liaise directly with respective immigration to proceed with the renewal of the student passes.
  Therefore kindly liaise directly with the respective institution for further assistance.
