        You should contact UM fir that matter. This application is concerned only with VAL and visa inquiries

    u can pay using debit/credit card or you can use online banking of cimb or bank islam.

      Mr@Masum Ahmed I payed last week on Monday, then EMGS emailed me 19 RM it is remained. Then I payed again. But still My status is pending payment. What should I do?

    after it becomes 70% it will be ready for collection. And then your institution will collect it and send it to you. After that you need to go to the nearest embassy or agency along with VAL to get a visa to enter into Malaysia.
