For the check up you don’t pay
-
You have to pay for medical checkup and personal bind is part of fee that you pay at the university. I heard it is refundable or the university adjusts this at the time of your degree completion
-
Thank you for you help but my institution does not reply back to my emails ever. I saw the fees of the personal bond on your website but I can’t find the one for the medical check up. Please I would appreciate if you sent me an email telling me the fees for that. Thank you again.
-
@israasamir44 Kindly confirm which institution you are enrolling in.

University of Malaya

@israasamir44 The medical screening will be done at your institution’s in-house clinic. Kindly liaise with your institution for details on the medical screening fee.

Did you email emgs?
-
Yes this morning and they told me that the VAL approval will take 14 business days, does that mean that it will take 14 days to be 32% or 14 days to be able to have my EVAL?
-
Ideally its 14 working days for the whole process but they always take more time. I think it alao depends on which country you are from.
-
Can anyone solve mine issue … I put a status..
-
-
14 days to be 32%
-

I have the same problem but after 1 week from 15% green it went to 15% yellow. But when i met the representative of IUMW University in Egypt he told me that it takes about one month due to the number of students waiting for their VAL. Good luck inshallah
-
I’m from Egypt too! If we have to wait a month, I think we won’t be able to make it to our intake. UM is giving me till 2/10 max to register or I’ll have to wait till next year..
-
I know you btw, you was my colleague in MSA in faculty of biotechnology and my ID is 15 but i’m transferred to IUMW which is owned by UM and University of Wales. You mean deadline of registration is 2/9 or 2/10 because if it is 2/10 u still have much time till registration.
-
Nope, the registration is supposed to be on the 2nd of September and if my VAL got delayed, the max registration date is on the 2nd of October (a month after max)
-
It’s okay, u will catch up with the registration and if your VAL is green and stuck at 15% maybe it takes two weeks maximum till u get the VAL.
-
Keep your supervisor posted about all this and also international office at your university. Your university must have center of graduate studies or something like it. Keep them informed too

Me too
-
Hey israa, also me i faced the same problem ,it was 15% yellow for almost one month it change green at 9 august and it became directly at 32% at 19 august so don’t worry they are in the process of checking the documents so everything will change at atime insha allah you will make it.
-
As long as they val approved then it will move to 70% asap…no worries
-
Write about this to the university they will contact EMGS, happened in my case went 70 to 30 in two days cause registration date was really close

-
Me! you can search online at mudah.my , ibilik.my , or hostelhunting. Some people suggest to look for vacancies directly on pantai hillpark phase 2’s information wall/room, in case of already arrive in Malaysia, but still unable to find the affordable one.
