I received my eVal after 2 months. If your program is completely online, you can register for the first semester by EMGS approval letter.

After 35% it took 2 month to get your eVal? Or the whole process took 2 months?

Once the percentage reaches 70%, that indicates your VAL has been approved and you can proceed to make arrangements to enter Malaysia.

When did you apply and when was it issued?
Hi,
35% indicates that your documents were submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval. Hence, you would have to wait until Immigration completes your application process.
