    Dear @EMGS Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am following up on my application status. I received the EMGS approval letter, but my application has been stuck at 32% for the past three weeks. As mentioned earlier, the institute has already submitted the updated offer letter with the latest commencement date. Could you kindly check if it has been received and advise on the next steps?

    I am concerned about the delay and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to move the process forward.
