Approximately within 4 to 7 working days in so many cases so far… however the val approval is solemnly at the discretion of the immigration department of Malaysia. Wishing you all the best Sanjaya.

Hi Sanjaya,
We received the application documents and payment on the 5th of September. The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

My process complate 15% to 70% how many days take

Yes they will they work monday to sunday.except on holidays

Fyi, they only work Monday – Friday. While, Sunday and Saturday are their weekends.

EMGS’s Contact Centre operates from 9am-8pm, Monday-Sunday & includes public holidays. however the working days for our applications are only monday-friday excluding public holidays.

Consider Sep 9 is a public holiday. So our apps will be on hold in the next three days

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
