Hi Siska,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 23rd of September. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Siska,
The application has not been submitted to the Immigration Department yet. However, we are in the process of submitting the application. Once it has been submitted, the status of the application will change to 35%.

I got my val about 14days ago and i had given it for amendment then it dropped from 70% to 60%

@idris okejayi i have told the institution but they just always said \”will send reconfirmation\” because valid duration of study based on my offer letter. So there is no new offer letter. seems like i can do nothing, except waiting my institution 🙁
Did your institution send the new offer letter? Or just send reconfirmation letter? -

I believe your university should issue a new offer letter with the amended duration that tallies with the duration in the IM14 form.

I face the same problem, please mail your school, they will send additional documents to correct it,vyo3you have to be fast mine spent good 14 days before it was rectified that was because I really sent mails to my school constantly

@emgs officer. But my institution said that there is no new offer letter. The valid duration of study is based on offer letter. So what shoul university or i must do to continue my application progress ?
