As long as your VAL was approved AFTER 15th October you should be able to download it almost immediately (I’m waiting for someone to confirm this timing for me). If it was approved before that then you have to get it from your uni

2 days for me. Mine got accepted after 15 on 17th. But use laptop to download it doesnt show on mobile

Do they require any document? I was rejected too, My university make appeal and provided them required documents on 19/10/2017 and today It turned to 50% showing In process with Immigration.

When your visa is on process do not come to Malaysia.
It will cause rejection.
