Dear officer, My name is Li, Yichen. I’m from China. Currently I’ve got my VAL and SEV, but it’s too early to enter Malaysia to process my student pass now. so my question is whether I can enter Malaysia as a tourist to travel first, do not process my student pass, and then I go back to China, and enter Malaysia using SEV and VAL again? Will this plan affect the validity of my Val and Sev? hoping to your reply～thank you!

  Hi Yichen,
  Based on your information, we are not recommending you enter Malaysia for travel purposes since your VAL has been approved by Immigration. Therefore, it is best for you to enter here using the VAL and SEV which have been approved. Kindly plan your journey well as the VAL and SEV have their own validity.
