I am yusuf mohamud kheire,
Passoport number p01396768.
My percentage has been stuck at 35 for the past 18 days but when I truck my application it says it takes only 7-10 working days may please have some feedback on what’s wrong.

Please be informed that, as per checked in the system there is an active application under the same passport number for application #########. However, we yet to received any VAL cancellation from your institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance to apply for the VAL cancellation.
