Hello I’m Shoaib Ul Hassan and MS student currently living in Malaysia I reached on 5th October later as usual I submitted my passport for student pass from immigration after some time I got my student pass but unfortunately for 1 year instead of 3 years as I applied on emgs portal for 3 years and paid the fee. Now I’m confused because I applied myself on emgs university official are saying you have to reach emgs because you applied directly. So I call emgs help centre two times they’re saying you have paid to immigration not to emgs now I’m totally confused about refund the money I paid for 3 years even I emailed to emgs but no reply I don’t what to do in this situation anyone from you experienced this matter before please guide me I’ll be thankful.

  I’ve goty visa for three years. Have you paid for three years after arrival to Malaysia?

  There is no student more than 1 years at one ,however you can renew

    But I know many students studying in same university got their visa for 3 years

    If they is no visa duration more than 1 years why they’re giving us option for 3 years visa
