My eval get rejected and I would like to take appeal so how many days it will take

  First of all, is it eval extension or new EVAL. If new Eval is rejected then your institution only able to apply once they get the reason (why Immigration Department reject) . Beside this , there have no stipulated time frame for eval approval once it will reappeal.
