Hi,
We understand your concern. However, the student pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we received the passport. The approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi,
Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department for the student pass endorsement process on 31st March 2023. As such, we will notify any progress of the student pass process via the EMGS website accordingly.

Medical check up finished, status shows 80%, waiting for the University to submit my passport. I am a PhD student and I have urgent work in my country on 29 March four days aprt, assume the University will send passport on Monday 27 March, how long it task to receive it back in my hand to fly back to my work.

Go to university and ask when is the agent going to collect it

They will take 14 working days after receiving it.
If anything urgent and you can prove it then you can ask university to send letter to finish faster -
Already I met personally the administrator in the university and sent him an email to expedite my passport quickly, but we need your kind support.

Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hello there. U should speak to VISA UNIT at your institute directly bro. Here no one will know that. just clarify your situation with them. VISA UNIT. they can help. according to what u mentioned , only collection left.
