That will take at least 20+ to reach 70% even if it\’s upm. If it was um they would have done it faster but upm has bad international service.

The the letter you downloaded at 35% makes you eligible to apply for eval. You will only get val or eval once immigration department approves it to 70%. At 35% emgs approves that you eligible to apply for an eval. From 35% to 70% takes about 15 normal days or more and more then 7 working days.

It will be 80% when you are done your medical. From 15% to 70% takes more then 25days. 70% to 80% takes 1 week.

Just need appointment and ask them if they have xray

And that\’s why you do not book plane And do not register until you get eval.

I got val on 18 but my submission was 16. In Malaysia now

32%? With emgs this will take at least 7 to 10 working days to go to 70% and emgs has no power over this . Immigration department holds the power. Sometimes they will do in 5 days but it\’s rare. So from 32% to 70% will about 20days could be less.
