Hi Saif,
Once you have received your VAL, if you are from a country that requires SEV, you will be required to obtain the SEV. Furthermore, once your VAL is approved, you will also be able to download the travel authorization letter. Upon receiving the travel authorization letter, you are required to obtain the entry permit. We advise you to refer to the entry procedures at https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/news_update/update-on-the-standard-operating-procedures-during-and-after-covid-19-pandemic-movement-control-order-15-jan-2021/ for further clarification.

The link you have provided me i have gone through it but in existing student column it’s not written that i need to obtain single entry visa just travel Authorization letter and travel notice.
I have seen in new students pre arrival process it’s written that they need SEV if a country need as a proof.
But me as an existing student do i really need SEV or i can just travel with travel Authorization letter?
And in the eastern region of inda the malaysia embassy is not operating just the western region of india is operating, so please tell me where to obtain sev or if i can get support letter then i can go to western region for sev.
Please advice me on this matter.
