Hello
I wanna ask if the immigration rejected my val can they approve it again or no
If yes , how ?

  Make an appeal letter. Or obtain the reason of rejection and try to resubmit any part documents immigration requires.

    @bander_1 it depends on the reason for the rejection. If it’s just a minor case like photo or incomplete documents there wouldn’t be an issue. You can laise with your institution to appeal for you and submit the relevant documents and you have more chances to get your val appeal approved. But if it is a more serious case then there wouldn’t be any chance for you to get your val appeal approved. You just have to try first. Good luck.

  We are sorry to hear about the rejection of your application. Please be informed that you are required to liaise with your institution in order to obtain the VAL rejection reason. Upon receipt of the reason your institution can submit an appeal for your VAL application. However no appeals will be accepted if the rejection is marked as “final” by the Immigration Department.
