Please be informed that upon receiving the Travel Authorization, you are required to download and complete a Letter of Undertaking (LoU) and Indemnity for Person Under Surveillance. The LoU can be downloaded from the following links :

(vi) Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia: http://www.motac.gov.my

This letter must be submitted together with the Travel Authorisation obtained from EMGS via email to the relevant Malaysian Mission, at least three (3) days before the date of departure. The other documents required to be submitted to the Malaysian Mission are, travel documents (flight tickets) and Identity document (copy of Passport). Kindly refer to the procedures on our website at https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/ to understand the procedures to enter Malaysia.

Hi Majed,
Just submit these documents to ur country Malaysian mission through their email. I am from Nigeria, I submitted the above documents mentioned by EMGS and got the Entry Permit the following day. Infact, my student Pass expired while I’m outside Malaysia, I submitted the required documents in- person at the Malaysian mission in my country and got the SEV after just 2hrs. I have returned to Malaysia for about a month now. Just calmly follow the procedure, that’s all.
