    @aetisam My Val is approved. Application status is 38%. When I have to pay tuition fee?

      Dear you have to be patient, at the time of registration the fees will be paid regardless of percentage. Upon receipt of VAL, obtain single entry visa and fly to Malaysia. The remaining 20%-25% is related to post arrival formalities.
