My application rejected when it was %35 percent from malaysian immigration.Then they said you are in malaysia you must go out malaysia.i am from turkey.but i can’t go turkey because far a way and flight tickets are very expensive.and i am going Indonesia.and i will wait for val maybe(1 or 2 week).when i get Val can i enter malaysia with Val ? I don’t know what is the Sev( single enter visa) how can i get sev.is it necessary?

In Indonesia you can stay the first 30 days from arrival w/o visa (as long as you show a return ticket to any other country. So you can wait out there and all, BUT, your VAL is sent from EMGS to ur uni and they are the ones who courier it to you. So, if they courier the VAL to a Malaysian embassy in Turkey, you’d be screwed, so you gotta make sure that they send it to the Malaysian embassy in Indonesia (call up your uni and explain the situation). Once you get the VAL, all you have to do is present your passport to the embassy where the VAL would be used to issue a SEV, they’d do it with no issue within a day or two. Then, you can use the SEV once for entering Malaysia, thereafter where the rest of the procedures are completed. I’m sure your plan is solid and could work, but it all depends on the timing it takes for EMGS to get your VAL approved, if it takes over a month then there’d be trouble, but if it arrives within 2-3 weeks then it’d be okay.

But my institute said me you can enter with Val.so they are wrong?
