      Hi,

      Please note that your institution has selected to obtain your student pass from the state Immigration Department. Hence, they will be submitting your passport to the state Immigration Department.
      We are currently in the midst of preparing the supporting letter for your application and we will notify your institution once the supporting letter is ready to be downloaded. Furthermore, your institution should also check with the state Immigration Department on their operations.
