    Dear EMGS OFFICER!

    I am a postgraduate student from UUM ( Passport Number : N6915517)
    My VAL expired on last 26th of September. UUM had applied for VAL extension on 06 th of October 2021 and got the acknowledgement from EMGS on 10th of October 2021.

    Is it possible to kindly refer the way to check the progress of the VAL extension?

    Further, It is still vague for me personally whether one can get Single entry visa without the extended new VAL? I mean currently I am in Sri Lanka and hurrying to arrive Malaysia.So do I need to wait until I get the new VAL to get the Single Entry Visa.

    I would highly appreciate if you could kindly spare few of your minutes to comment on this.
