These are the documents required for SEV at Malaysia high commission in Abuja:
1. Filled visa application form.
-2. Two (2) white/blue background UK-sized passport photographs
3. Original and colored copy of International Passport data pages.
4. Original and colored copy of approved Yellow Fever Certificate
5. Original and copy of Admission Letter from institute of higher learning in
Malaysia.
6. Original and copy of Immigration Approval Letter
7. Original and clear copy of the highest obtained educational qualification certificate
(Copies of Certificates must be certified by Federal Ministry of Education
and Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
8: Eligibility Letter from the Ministry of Education of Nigeria
9. Signed confirmation letter from the Sponsor.
10. Copy of International Passport Data Page of the Sponsor
11.Original Stamped 3 months latest bank statement with Stamped Bank
Reference Letter.
12. Bank reference letter of the sponsor
13. For dependent: (a) Colored copy of dependent International Passport data page
and valid visa page (b) Original and copy of certificate of birth/marriage.
14. All students going for CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA, DEGREE or MASTERS
programs are mandatory to have NDLEA CERTIFICATE.

But It is best to go to the embassy first because they usually change or add a required document.
