Call immediately to EMGS they will tell you the reason if they say we don’t know then contact your institute. They require some more documents to submit so you can submit to your institute then they will appeal against your rejection.

Im so shoked all documents uploaded which is reuirement of EMGS. I dnt knw why they rejected my VAL application.
I also send emails to my university (UTM KL Campus) to resolve my problem.
If they require some additional documents , how can i submit my documents ?
Via email or resubmit my application ?
The best way is Call EMGS today or tomorrow as their contact remain work on holiday. Ask what they require send it to the university by email. If your university is reponsive they will forward to EMGS by Monday and your process will again start by monday. This is how it works with me.

i sent emails to my UTM university visa unit they said to me :
Dear Mir Kazim,
Please note that your VAL application has been rejected by immigration and the issuance of VAL (rejected/approved) entirely at the discretion of immigration. As for now, we still didnt receive any reason of rejection and we will highlight this to EMGS to request for reason.
Will get back to you .
can you tell me what can i do now ?
i also called EMGS Help line to tell me the reason : they said to me the reason of rejection is ” All Passport Pages is missing “, and submit your all pages of your passport through the institute.
University is saying :
we still didnt receive any reason of rejection and we will highlight this to EMGS to request for reason.
