    Dear Sir/Madam

    I was notified that my VAL has been successfully approved, but it is not yet ready for download since three days.
    Please, take in consideration that I am in a hurry, in order to be in Malaysia by 4th February, and I need to apply for SEV in the Malaysian embassy first.
    I wish my letter could be available as soon as possible.
