What I know that they work till 6:00 PM ,their time, only. I believe the Val was approved during the working hours but the system was updated few hours later. Anyway, I believe you will get yours by tomorrow. Wish you all the best.

Mine is from Sep 5, and nothing change yet. However, from that date till now it’s only 4 working days, if you calculated. However, they say from 6-10 working days. Let us pray for that 🤲

@ali_261 Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 6th of September. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The Immigration Department operates from Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 6:00pm excluding Public Holidays.

32%-35%: 1-2 working days
35%-70%: 7-10 working days.
you will get ur VAL at 70%.-

if u read through certain comments, emgs has answered this a couple of times. also, the “tap here” option beside ur percentages also provides these explanations.

Elyssia is correct bro. I got my status from 35% to 70% after 8 days. Now, I’ll be going to Malaysia on September 14 along with my SEV and important documents.

The days of progression varies. For me it took 8 days from 35% to 70%. Some people gets 70% after 10-12 days. It basically, depends on the documents required by EMGS. If they asked for an additional documents then you have to wait for an additional day for the percentage to increase.
