@tinashem Please be inform that my friend, HILARY OMATULE ONUBI paid the sum of RM7 to emgs account. He paid on my behalf to help me complete the remaining VAL fee that I am to pay. Please show this receipt to emgs so that they can continue the processing of my VAL.

  Bro the EMGS is not going to accept it like this. You have email the receipt to your university then they will send it to the EMGS.

  Is this case possible, if international transaction is having some problem. Then can any friend/ relative can send the exact amount cheque/ draft to the concerned.
