@tinashem hi emgs officer ,can i apply for visa cancellation to withdraw my certificate and apply for employment pass i have been offered job by msc status company.
Kindly note that you are required to cancel the Student Pass, prior to applying for your Employment Pass. However, the Immigration Department is closed during the movement control order (MCO). As such, the cancellation of your Student Pass can only be done once the MCO has been lifted. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance.
As immigration department have published their press release it says it the service will resume 8th May and onwards .so will i be able to submit at that time during the CMCO .?
