Assalamu’Alikum. My Visa renewal application reached 50%. Now, “EMGS is awaiting the submission of my passport to process my Student Pass.”
So, I want to submit my passport. But my institutions visa unit saying that, I quote “For SUBMISSION PASSPORT FOR STUDENT PASS are not accept for now, Until we got update from immigration to proceed student pass endorsement, ALL PROCESS FOR STUDENT PASS ENDORSEMENT STILL CANNOT BE PROCESS UNTIL GOT PERMISSION TO CONTINUE PROCESS, any submission passport before MCO, still pending and waiting for approval to continue process
Any passport stuck in 50%..have to wait for announce to submit passport
Any passport already send..the process will continue once got approval. For already leaving country, Once got allow to enter malaysia, We will do your student pass endorsement, We will continue request for submit passport once we receive any update.”

Please, So is this true immigration not endorsement student visa? Student pass endorsement is important for me because I want to return to my country. And, I’m waiting since MCO began. Or, Should I leave my Malaysia without completes student pass renewal process?
