Hello Roua. I am a student not from emgs. But I read the emgs remarks on your application. There are two issues:
1. You need to submit a document that shows the total CGPA you got on the BA degree.
2. You seem to be applying for a degree different from the BA. This requires you to get a new offer from the university in which the university says that you will take pre-requisite courses. An alternative is for you to submit through the university a proof that you have working experience in the field of study.
