    Hello EMGS Officer @sri-thurga ,

    I have gotten an answers from Monash and it says:
    Please be informed that we have submitted the above payment to EMGS however they are unable to detect the payment.

    We seek your assistance to contact your bank to provide an official statement that the payment is successful with the reference number.

    We appreciate your understanding on this.

    is there any way i could pay in other form ? Because from the bank their statement have been transferred and success and i did not got any refund if it was not detected. so is there any suggestion on what i should do?
