Hi there! I got a problem.. I can’t access to my ikad, and insurance card. It’s saying that my card is verified in other device. Need to mention that I recently switched to a new phone. What should I do now?

Kindly email us your passport number and nationality at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order for us to reset the digital id from the old device.
