    My name is ZHONG QILIN. My passport number is ED5645218.

    I am sorry to bother you, but I need your help. My documents were submitted to the Immigration Department about 20 days, and the EMGS progress is still 35%(green).

    According to the plan, I must arrive at my university in person on October 9th to study. Otherwise, the school may revoke my admission. I feel very worried and scared. I have paid a lot to study in Malaysia. I quit my job, lost my friends, and left my family. I very much hope to arrive in Malaysia on October 6th to start my study life.

    I have bought a ticket for October 6th. If my student visa does not reach 70% as soon as possible, I will lose everything, including my school, my time, and my money. I can’t imagine this happening. I don’t know what to do.

    I can only ask you to help me confirm my visa status with the Immigration Bureau as soon as possible so that I can reach 70% as soon as possible. This way I can enter Malaysia with VAL and start my new life.

      We understand your concern. However, we have escalated your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the process. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
